Warrior Flow

Beginner Level
Warrior Flow helps balance and heal the body through breathing techniques, stretching and strengthening the muscles through a series of postures that are held in position.

HITT+

Intermediate Level
Short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery paired with a series of basic exercises using the barbell or kettlebells.

Warrior I

Beginner Level
Our specially designed strength and conditioning program is geared to challenge you and make you strong and fit.

Boxing

Intermediate Level
Increase your strength, endurance and conditioning with this fun, energetic class that will have you working on bags, working one-on- one with the trainer and performing body weight drills.

SGX Warrior II

Advanced Level
Due to the growing number of people interested in Obstacle racing, this class is geared to get you ready for any obstacle race, and more specifically Spartan Race.

Warrior Core

Beginner Level
Warrior Core is an exercise method designed to strengthen the body as a whole, working both the large and the smaller muscle groups in order to create a more balanced body.
